Profound extended long-term with Eenhoorn Meeting Center Amersfoort.
The lease for the property on Barchman Wuytierslaan (near Amersfoort Central Station) has recently been extended for a long time. The building has an area of approximately 9,000 m² and approximately 4,000 m² and 114 parking spaces are rented by Eenhoorn Meeting Center, part of Regardz Hospitality Group B.V..

With the arrival of Parnassia, Profound has rented out a large part of Vondellaan 55 in Leiden.
Parnassia, which relocates within Leiden, currently leases approximately 2,100 m² of office space. The modern multi-tenant office building is approximately 11,000 m² in size and is situated near the station area of Leiden. Approx. 3,000 m² are still available for rent.

ROC Amsterdam and Profound Asset Management extend contract for many years in Hoofddorp.
The ROC of Amsterdam has extended its current lease agreement with regard to the Diamantlaan 29 property in Hoofddorp until mid-2027.
The object of approximately 5,500 m² and 200 parking spaces is fully used by the ROC for its aviation-related courses.

SNEL Shared Logistics leases a 31,000 m² distribution center in Woerden.
The distribution center, located on the Middellandbaan in Woerden, has been leased out completely for long term to SNEL Shared Logistics. The object, currently used as a distribution center for the Bijenkorf, will be fully used by SNEL Shared Logistics immediately after departure of the Bijenkorf from April 2020.

Eurorijn International B.V. leases approximately 18,000 m² of storage space in Bergen op Zoom.
The complex consists of three connected logistics business premises and is located on business park Noordland in Bergen op Zoom. Due to the bankruptcy of the previous tenant, Nijpels Meubelen, the property became available for rent at the beginning of this year.

Profound arranges refinancing for four real estate funds.
In recent months, financing has been agreed with German financier OLB (a merger between the Oldenburg Landesbank and the Bremer Kreditbank) for the Leithon CV, Belfries Real Estate I, Belfries Real Estate II and CV S2 Real Estate XI funds. It concerns real estate funds with 6 office properties in the Netherlands. The total financing volume is approximately € 35 million.

The office building at Statenlaan 29-67 in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, with a surface area of approximately 5,681 m² with 89 parking spaces, has been leased almost entirely over a long-term lease to, among others, Avans University of Applied Sciences, Municipality of’ s-Hertogenbosch, State of the Netherlands (Defense), Police and Brain Research Center.

Encore + acquires Kennedyplein 1-13 in Eindhoven from Belfries Real Estate Fund II CV.
After acquiring the Kennedy tower (20,000 m²) at the end of 2017, Encore + also acquired the adjacent office building from the same development. The office building located at Kennedyplein 1-13 consists of approximately 4,400 m² of office space and is located next to the central station.

Frans Peter Daemen will continue the Profound business and Bart Joosten will focus on opportunities outside of Profound, but within the real estate world.
Office Value Fund N.V. sells Terminal Zuid The Hague to the Central Government Real Estate Agency.
The Central Government Real Estate Agency has bought two office buildings for 30.5 million euros at the Schedeldoekshaven in The Hague. This is a complex that consists of the Terminal North and Terminal South buildings; a combined total floor space of 22,916 m².
