HighBrook Investors and Proptimize epanded their CityLink portfolio by purchasing a detached commercial building at Shannonweg 33 in Rotterdam from seller Profound Asset Management B.V.
The purchased property is located on a plot of 12,212 m² and consists of two floors with four industrial halls and office spaces. The object and surrounding area are fully and long-term leased to Eriks B.V., an internationally operating specialized industrial service provider.
