In 2022, Frans Peter Daemen and Rick Verstappen decided to join forces with Tijs Derison to enhance their focus on Investment Management, particularly in the Light Industrial and Logistics Real Estate segment. Profound’s specific expertise and years of experience have enabled them to enter into an exclusive mandate with an American private equity firm. Profound is tasked with sourcing suitable real estate, providing acquisition guidance, and handling asset management on their behalf. This institutional party focuses specifically on Logistics properties located near major Dutch cities.

Founder of Profound Asset Management with a banking background and extensive experience in fund management, particularly in financial matters such as (re)structuring, loan management, and notarial aspects.

Rick Verstappen | Managing Partner

Over 15 years of experience in the real estate market, having held various positions including Commercial Director/Partner, Senior Asset Manager, and Director of Asset Management.

Over 15 years of experience in the Industrial & Logistics real estate market. Held various positions, including: Senior Executive at Hansteen Holdings Plc., Head of Benelux at SEGRO, and Managing Director Benelux at Delin Capital.
